Copyright<\/h3>

The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Client permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the Photographer are for personal or commercial use by the client and will not be sold or used by any third party. The Client hereby allows the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, social media, sample portfolios, etc.<\/p>

Images<\/h3>

The Photographer will be responsible for creative choices in terms of the images captured during the shoot and will take into account the Client\u2019s reasonable instructions in respect of the shoot brief. Following completion of the shoot, the Photographer will deliver Hi-resolution digital images via a secure online gallery as soon as reasonably practical. Unless expressly agreed in writing the Client shall not be entitled to reject images based on style or composition.<\/p>

Payment<\/h3>

A deposit of 50% will be due on acceptance of this quotation. Should the client later order any additional prints or services, these charges will be added to the final invoice. Full Payment will be due before final edited images are available for download. Payment methods include Credit Card via Stripe, Payme, Direct Deposit, and Cash.<\/p>

Retouching<\/h3>

All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. The Photographer\u2019s judgment regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to the Client shall be deemed correct. Additional retouching, and\/or digital manipulation of images is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.<\/p>

Confidentiality<\/h3>

The Photographer will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to him in confidence for the photography except where reasonably necessary to enable the Photographer to carry out his obligations concerning the commission.<\/p>

Liability<\/h3>

The Photographer will take all reasonable steps to ensure equipment is in good working order, backup equipment is available where appropriate and that images are backed up responsibly. In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract.
